I reached out to Tiina as she is one of the few permanent makeup artists in Auckland who’s website includes information for people like me who have an existing eyebrow tattoo. It was great to be able to sit down with Tiina for a thorough consultation about what was possible, what results I could expect, and how long the process might take to work through the ‘old’ ink and reddish colour left from another artist 4 or 5 years ago.
The end result has been amazing as I have more colour and definition than I’ve ever had before, despite the old tattoo potentially getting in the way of progress! Tiina went above and beyond to change her approach after the first session had healed, meaning the second session was much more effective. I needed a third session which Tiina expected from the outset, and I’m excited to see the results in a week or so when they have healed.
I would without hesitation recommend Tiina and Optibrow for your permanent makeup. She is professional, caring, and does great quality work.

I had been considering getting my brows done for some time. I did heaps of research looking at Auckland services before and after photos. I really wanted something natural so when I looked at Optibrow photos - I knew I had found the place! I booked an appointment and turned up to meet Tiina. She was lovely. She took the time to explain all the procedures, examine my skin and took her time making a decision that was tailored not only to what I wanted, but what she knew would work best. We ended up doing a combination powder brow and I am thrilled at the results. It looks natural - exactly what I was after.
