TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Booking and Cancellation policies are non-negotiable.

  • Please understand we are a small business and run by appointments only.

  • For all appointments a non-refundable $100 booking fee is required per appointment to secure your booking, including touch up appointments. The retainer fee is to certify you’re serious about your appointment. You can use the deposit to reschedule your appointment as long as it is made with 48 hours notice. Without booking fee we are unable to accommodate you.

  • You are solely responsible for your own appointment any excuses will not be tolerated if  you forget to change/cancel your booking outside of the 48 hours policy.

  • Full amount of the procedure is due the day of your procedure. We accept cash, card (with chip or paywave) or you can pay by Bank Transfer (PayPal, Afterpay) before the scheduled appointment. All payments must be done on spot.

  • For best results it is required to have your follow-up up appointment within 5-8 weeks after your initial procedure. Please note touch-up pricing under “Services”.

  • Do not be late. Please plan to arrive on time or not more than 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. To avoid unfair delays to other clients, we won't be able to accommodate you if there is a delay of more than 15 minutes and you will be charged in Full. However we will do our best to fit you in if possible.

  • Please understand that the procedures need their allocated time to get the best result possible, we cannot rush. You will be required to pay an additional $100 booking fee before booking a future appointment.  In some cases, and when our schedule will allow, we may be able to accommodate the appointment. This will be at our discretion.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, a 48 hour notice is required. No exceptions. Time was booked especially for you and cannot be replaced. An additional booking fee will be required to make a new appointment. We ask that you please call us at 0273596848 and let us know, ( leave a voicemail if need be) or email us at info@optibrowpmu.com . Should you fail to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours we will forfeit your booking fee and will be required to pay a $100 re-booking fee before booking a future appointment. If there has been more than two last minute cancellations you will be charged in Full prior your next booking.

  • If you show up to appointment and have previous cosmetic tattoos that the artist wasn’t aware of, we may not  be able to provide you with our service for cover up. A consultation is mandatory before booking your tattoo procedure. All tattoo cover ups go under Cover Up pricing . You can also send us a picture of your previous cosmetic tattoo before booking to info@optibrowpmu.com.  

  • Touch-Ups are for returning OptiBrow PMU clients ONLY. We do NOT touch up other artists work at “touch up” rates. If your initial service was done by another artist in another location, you will be charged as a new client. 

  • You may also be denied of service if you arrive under the influence of drugs or alcohol, have a cold or flu, or are deemed to not be in good physical or mental condition to perform your procedure. If you are denied at time of your appointment again, you will need to pay another retainer fee to reschedule, you will forfeit your original retainer fee .

  • Please do not bring extra people to your appointment. The salon studio is a cozy space and can only accommodate scheduled clients. Exceptions can be made with an agreement. Our studio is an adult-oriented atmosphere; therefore we only accept appointments for clients over the age of 18 years of age. 

  • Children are not allowed during your appointment. We kindly ask you to leave your kids at home, our clinic has potentially dangerous equipment and it's not safe for kids, seeing tattooing can cause your kids stress as well. We have a calm environment and this time is specially booked for you so that you can also have a little break from your daily life.

  • We do not offer refunds once the procedure has been completed as we have carried out the procedure at a cost to us. Once a service has been rendered, it is the clients responsibility to ensure that they have taken proper care of their investment. OptiBrow Permanent Makeup is not responsible for any circumstances that occur after a service has been rendered. Once a deposit or full payment has been sent, client acknowledges and consents to the no refund policy.

  • We cannot guarantee successful results on 100% of our clients, especially those with problematic skin since many factors take into place when healing. We give our best efforts to provide you with quality service at the highest standard.

  • Please be aware, additional touch ups may be required to achieve optimal outcomes. The use of cosmetic products may still be required to achieve your desired look.

  • We have the right to refuse service to anyone.

  • When calling during busy client periods, you may need to leave a voicemail or text and we will return your call as soon as possible.

  • OptiBrow Permanent Makeup may use images or videos on website, social media, brochures, flyer or for any other advertising it deems necessary. Any and all photographs, video, audio and any other media captured or recorded by any and all its representatives. Client(s) can agree or disagree to release any and all claims regarding use of his/her images for such purposes. You can state this on your consent form. If you do not agree we will respect it fully and will make note of it on your profile. Do understand that for liability purposes we do have to take before and after photos for our records.

  • We kindly ask that you switch your phone to silent mode when you enter the studio, and that you limit the use of your phone during your procedure.

  • Please respect our policy and remember we are all humans, we love our job and want the best results for you! Thank you for understanding.

There will be no exceptions to our policies. By booking your appointment with OptiBrow Permanent Makeup, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to our Terms and Conditions.
