Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, a 48 hour notice is required. No exceptions. Time was booked especially for you and cannot be replaced. An additional booking fee will be required to make a new appointment. We ask that you please call us at 0273596848 and let us know, ( leave a voicemail if need be) or email us at info@optibrowpmu.com . Should you fail to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours we will forfeit your booking fee and will be required to pay a $100 re-booking fee before booking a future appointment. If there has been more than two last minute cancellations you will be charged in Full prior your next booking.
